Air Filter Vent - Decorative Return Air Grille
Steel Crest air filter vents are available in six beautiful designs. This decorative return air grille can be finished in you choice of five different custom finishes. Air filter vents are a beautiful, yet functional, way to minimize dust in your home or office. These decorative return air grilles almost look like a work of art when installed. Air filter vents arrive with matching hardware and a reusable filter. The filter is easily changed by taking off the knob to open the door, cleaning/replacing the filter, and screwing the knob back on. Decorative return air grilles are crafted with 18 gauge steel for the frame and 14 gauge steel for the faceplate making for a strong filter grille. All of these air filter vents are made in the US.

Dimensions of Steel Crest Return Air Grilles
- Return air filter vent grilles recess into wall 1.5" to 1.75"
- Drop-in will measure approximately 1/4" smaller than listed size
- Outside frame dimensions vary from 1 3/4" larger to 2 1/2" than listed size, call for specifics
- The turn back protrudes out 1/4 inch from the wall
Tip: To order the right size, measure the actual hole and order that size grille. For example a 12" x 12" hole would require a 12" x 12" grille. All sizes are width by height unless otherwise requested. The faceplate will then be larger as stated above.
Important: Decorative return air grilles, both standard size and custom size, will take 5 to 8 weeks to be manufactured and shipped.

We can send color finish samples for a small deposit which will be refunded when the samples are returned. Please contact us with any questions.

Standard Shipping and Warehouse Rush options will ship out ground USPS, FedEx, UPS, or Spee-Dee Delivery.
Orders with products that ship directly from the manufacturer or have longer lead times are not eligible for Warehouse Rush. Exceptions will only have the Standard Shipping option available.
Should any unexpected shipping delays arise and the order cannot be shipped via Warehouse Rush, you will be contacted and refunded the difference between Standard Shipping and Warehouse Rush fees.

Transit times can vary depending on destination. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, with the exception of national holidays.

Please contact us immediately in the event an incorrect product has been sent or an order has been damaged in shipping. We will gladly remedy the situation at no extra cost to you.
Acquiring a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number:
Please call 866-258-1554 or email Sales@InstallerStore.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number if there is any reason you would like to return your order. All charges to ship merchandise back are the responsibility of the customer. There will be a 10% re-stock fee on all returned orders, unless a replacement order has been made. Customers are given 7 days from the delivery date to contact us for a RMA number. Returns must be received back to our warehouse within 90 days. Fees may change based on extended time passing.
Returns of open/used products are not accepted.
Special order items are not returnable and are designated on the specific product pages.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
FloorRegisters-N-Vents/InstallerStore strongly encourages choosing a shipping method for your return where a tracking number and insurance can be obtained. Accounts will be credited back after inspection has been made to the product to ensure product has not been damaged in any way and can be resold. Packages damaged while being shipped back to us will not be accepted as a return and customer will be contacted. FloorRegisters-N-Vents/InstallerStore is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. It is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company.
Any merchandise that is shipped back without a RMA number will have a minimum re-stocking fee of 25% of the product cost and shipping charges will not be refunded.
All returned products must be shipped directly to FloorRegisters-N-Vents/InstallerStore even if they were originally shipped from the manufacturer, unless otherwise told by FloorRegisters-N-Vents/InstallerStore. Shipping back to manufacturer may cause re-stocking fee to increase.
