Return filter grilles arrive with a washable reusable filter. These linear vents are available in custom sizes just call for a quote. Return filter grilles make changing your filters easy. SteelCrest linear vents are crafted of a heavy duty 18 gauge steel and made right here in America.

Linear Vent Mounting Dimensions
- Return filter grille recesses into wall 1.5" to 1.75"
- Frame recesses into wall approximately 1/4" smaller than listed size
- Overall faceplate dimensions vary from 1 3/4" larger to 2 1/2" than listed size, call for specifics
- The turn back protrudes 1/4 inch from the wall
Tip: To order the correct sized linear vent measure your hole and order that size grille. For example a 10" x 10" hole will need a 10" x 10" grille. All sizes are width by height unless otherwise requested. The faceplate will vary to be proportionate to the interior dimensions.
Return Filter Grille Custom Size Options - For Sizes Not in the Drop Down Menu
Linear vents can be made to your custom hole sizes. If you require a size not listed, you can still place your order. Here is how:
- Measure the interior of the duct hole (example: 22.75" x 15.25")
- Order the closest size you can find, but slightly larger (example: 24" x 16")
- Then in the order notes make sure to type in the actual hole size and faceplate dimensions you need
Once we receive your order, we will calculate the actual cost and refund you the difference. (Cost is based on the square inch of the grill so the difference will be minimal.)
Important: All return filter grilles, both standard size and custom size, will take 5 to 8 weeks to be manufactured and shipped.

Warehouse Rush means your order will take priority in the warehouse to ship out as soon as possible. Warehouse Rush fee varies according to product(s) ordered. Shipping fees will be calculated and shown once all items have been added to the cart and your shipping method has been selected.

Standard Shipping and Warehouse Rush options will ship out ground USPS, FedEx, UPS, or Spee-Dee Delivery.
Orders with products that ship directly from the manufacturer or have longer lead times are not eligible for Warehouse Rush. Exceptions will only have the Standard Shipping option available.
Should any unexpected shipping delays arise and the order cannot be shipped via Warehouse Rush, you will be contacted and refunded the difference between Standard Shipping and Warehouse Rush fees.

Transit times can vary depending on destination. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, with the exception of national holidays.

Payment must be made before items ship.
Please contact us immediately in the event an incorrect product has been sent or an order has been damaged in shipping. We will gladly remedy the situation at no extra cost to you.
Acquiring a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number:
Please call 866-258-1554 or email Sales@InstallerStore.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number if there is any reason you would like to return your order. All charges to ship merchandise back are the responsibility of the customer. There will be a 10% re-stock fee on all returned orders, unless a replacement order has been made. Customers are given 7 days from the delivery date to contact us for a RMA number. Returns must be received back to our warehouse within 90 days. Fees may change based on extended time passing.
Returns of open/used products are not accepted.
Special order items are not returnable and are designated on the specific product pages.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
FloorRegisters-N-Vents/InstallerStore strongly encourages choosing a shipping method for your return where a tracking number and insurance can be obtained. Accounts will be credited back after inspection has been made to the product to ensure product has not been damaged in any way and can be resold. Packages damaged while being shipped back to us will not be accepted as a return and customer will be contacted. FloorRegisters-N-Vents/InstallerStore is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. It is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company.
Any merchandise that is shipped back without a RMA number will have a minimum re-stocking fee of 25% of the product cost and shipping charges will not be refunded.
All returned products must be shipped directly to FloorRegisters-N-Vents/InstallerStore even if they were originally shipped from the manufacturer, unless otherwise told by FloorRegisters-N-Vents/InstallerStore. Shipping back to manufacturer may cause re-stocking fee to increase.
