Round Ceiling Vent Cover - Decorative Return Air Grille
The SteelCrest custom round wall return grilles cater to all tastes with customize options of finish and designs. The decorative return air grilles are available in 18 different decorative designs and 14 attractive powder coated finishes. The durable powder coated finishes are resistant to cracks and chipping. Pre-drilled installation screw holes are included with these round ceiling vent covers. Any Medallion design option can have any standard design as it's backdrop. Decorative Return Air Grille Dimensions
- The overall outside dimensions will be 1.5" larger than listed round size. This means a 8" round ceiling vent cover will have faceplate dimensions of 9.5" (diameter)
- Return air grilles have a drop in depth of .75"
- Thickness of faceplate is 1/8"

Tip: When measuring for your new decorative vent, you will want to measure the diameter of the actual hole in the wall/ceiling and order that size grille. For example, a 12" diameter round hole will need a 12" round grille. The outside measurements will be 1.5" larger than the listed size.

Round wall return grilles can be custom made to your specific hole and faceplate sizes. Measure the diameter of the round wall/ceiling opening and call our customer service team at 866.258.1554 for pricing. Our offices are open Monday-Friday 8am-5pm CST.
Important: All round wall return grilles, both standard size and custom size, will take 5 to 8 weeks to be manufactured and shipped.

Please contact us with any questions on these grilles or color sample requests. For a small deposit fee, color samples of the finish choices can be mailed to you. Once returned, the deposit will be refunded.

Warehouse Rush means your order will take priority in the warehouse to ship out as soon as possible. Warehouse Rush fee varies according to product(s) ordered. Shipping fees will be calculated and shown once all items have been added to the cart and your shipping method has been selected.

Standard Shipping and Warehouse Rush options will ship out ground USPS, FedEx, UPS, or Spee-Dee Delivery.
Orders with products that ship directly from the manufacturer or have longer lead times are not eligible for Warehouse Rush. Exceptions will only have the Standard Shipping option available.
Should any unexpected shipping delays arise and the order cannot be shipped via Warehouse Rush, you will be contacted and refunded the difference between Standard Shipping and Warehouse Rush fees.

Transit times can vary depending on destination. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, with the exception of national holidays.

Please contact us immediately in the event an incorrect product has been sent or an order has been damaged in shipping. We will gladly remedy the situation at no extra cost to you.
Acquiring a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number:
Please call 866-258-1554 or email Sales@InstallerStore.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number if there is any reason you would like to return your order. All charges to ship merchandise back are the responsibility of the customer. There will be a 10% re-stock fee on all returned orders, unless a replacement order has been made. Customers are given 7 days from the delivery date to contact us for a RMA number. Returns must be received back to our warehouse within 90 days. Fees may change based on extended time passing.
Returns of open/used products are not accepted.
Special order items are not returnable and are designated on the specific product pages.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
FloorRegisters-N-Vents/InstallerStore strongly encourages choosing a shipping method for your return where a tracking number and insurance can be obtained. Accounts will be credited back after inspection has been made to the product to ensure product has not been damaged in any way and can be resold. Packages damaged while being shipped back to us will not be accepted as a return and customer will be contacted. FloorRegisters-N-Vents/InstallerStore is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. It is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company.
Any merchandise that is shipped back without a RMA number will have a minimum re-stocking fee of 25% of the product cost and shipping charges will not be refunded.
All returned products must be shipped directly to FloorRegisters-N-Vents/InstallerStore even if they were originally shipped from the manufacturer, unless otherwise told by FloorRegisters-N-Vents/InstallerStore. Shipping back to manufacturer may cause re-stocking fee to increase.
