Custom Floor Registers - 203 Metal Vents Sizes
Our custom floor registers are made from a heavy gauge steel so that they can be used to support weight when used on the floor. The metal vents are available in 203 different sizes (listed in the table below in inches) perfect to use on the floor. The variety of sizes ensure that you can find the size you need. These custom floor registers have a honeycomb design and are available in 8 designer colors.
The custom floor registers have a recessed damper which will control the airflow in your home by turning it on or off. To access the metal vents damper control, simply use a screwdriver to move the control switch. The metal vents are made with a welded core and can be used in high traffic areas. Order your custom floor registers by measuring your hole opening. These metal vents are considered a special ordered item, so call us with any questions before placing an order. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

Tip: When ordering metal vents make sure to get the measurement of your hole opening in the floor. The 30 inch x 30 inch custom floor registers will fit into a hole opening of that size. The faceplate will have an additional 2 and 7/16 inches larger for installation purposes.
Important: These metal vents are considered custom orders that are non returnable and cannot be canceled once payment is received. Lead time for the custom floor registers is 4 to 6 weeks to be made and shipped.

Warehouse Rush means your order will take priority in the warehouse to ship out as soon as possible. Warehouse Rush fee varies according to product(s) ordered. Shipping fees will be calculated and shown once all items have been added to the cart and your shipping method has been selected.

Standard Shipping and Warehouse Rush options will ship out ground USPS, FedEx, UPS, or Spee-Dee Delivery.
Orders with products that ship directly from the manufacturer or have longer lead times are not eligible for Warehouse Rush. Exceptions will only have the Standard Shipping option available.
Should any unexpected shipping delays arise and the order cannot be shipped via Warehouse Rush, you will be contacted and refunded the difference between Standard Shipping and Warehouse Rush fees.

Transit times can vary depending on destination. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, with the exception of national holidays.

Please contact us immediately in the event an incorrect product has been sent or an order has been damaged in shipping. We will gladly remedy the situation at no extra cost to you.
Acquiring a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number:
Please call 866-258-1554 or email Sales@InstallerStore.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number if there is any reason you would like to return your order. All charges to ship merchandise back are the responsibility of the customer. There will be a 10% re-stock fee on all returned orders, unless a replacement order has been made. Customers are given 7 days from the delivery date to contact us for a RMA number. Returns must be received back to our warehouse within 90 days. Fees may change based on extended time passing.
Returns of open/used products are not accepted.
Special order items are not returnable and are designated on the specific product pages.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
FloorRegisters-N-Vents/InstallerStore strongly encourages choosing a shipping method for your return where a tracking number and insurance can be obtained. Accounts will be credited back after inspection has been made to the product to ensure product has not been damaged in any way and can be resold. Packages damaged while being shipped back to us will not be accepted as a return and customer will be contacted. FloorRegisters-N-Vents/InstallerStore is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. It is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company.
Any merchandise that is shipped back without a RMA number will have a minimum re-stocking fee of 25% of the product cost and shipping charges will not be refunded.
All returned products must be shipped directly to FloorRegisters-N-Vents/InstallerStore even if they were originally shipped from the manufacturer, unless otherwise told by FloorRegisters-N-Vents/InstallerStore. Shipping back to manufacturer may cause re-stocking fee to increase.
