Pattern Cut Round Return Air Grille - Unfinished Wood Vent
Round return air grilles, from Pattern Cut, are offered in 25 unique patterns. The wood vents are a 1/4" thick, with a Baltic birch plywood backing that comes unfinished. Select your round return air grille to be covered in either maple, oak or cherry veneer and stain or paint them to match your home decor. Note that if painting the grilles, the maple option has a more even wood grain, making grain less visible once paint is applied. The wood vent covers are cut with a laser to get a precise, clean cut and are made to order. Be sure to purchase yours today!
All of the round return air grilles are made for open air supply and do not come with a damper. To install the wood vent covers, order with or without pre-drilled screw holes. If ordering screw holes, screws will come with purchase. These round return air grilles can be used on the wall or ceiling but are not strong enough to support foot traffic.

Our wood vent covers come in 5 pre-determined sizes but a custom size can be made if needed. Just call us at 1-866-258-1554 Monday - Friday from 8am - 5pm CST to talk to a sales representative who can determine pricing. We can also get drawings of the grilles for you.
Tip: When ordering the wood vent covers, be sure to take the measurement of your wall or ceiling opening. The 6" round wood vent covers will fit over a hole measuring that size and an additional 1.75 inches will be added to the outside measurement. Do not use these grilles on the floor.
Important: Pattern Cut wood vent covers are considered special ordered items that are non returnable and cannot be canceled once order has been placed. Please allow 3-5 weeks for vents to be made and shipped direct from the manufacturer (located in CA).

Standard Shipping and Warehouse Rush options will ship out ground USPS, FedEx, UPS, or Spee-Dee Delivery.
Orders with products that ship directly from the manufacturer or have longer lead times are not eligible for Warehouse Rush. Exceptions will only have the Standard Shipping option available.
Should any unexpected shipping delays arise and the order cannot be shipped via Warehouse Rush, you will be contacted and refunded the difference between Standard Shipping and Warehouse Rush fees.

Transit times can vary depending on destination. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, with the exception of national holidays.

Please contact us immediately in the event an incorrect product has been sent or an order has been damaged in shipping. We will gladly remedy the situation at no extra cost to you.
Acquiring a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number:
Please call 866-258-1554 or email Sales@InstallerStore.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number if there is any reason you would like to return your order. All charges to ship merchandise back are the responsibility of the customer. There will be a 10% re-stock fee on all returned orders, unless a replacement order has been made. Customers are given 7 days from the delivery date to contact us for a RMA number. Returns must be received back to our warehouse within 90 days. Fees may change based on extended time passing.
Returns of open/used products are not accepted.
Special order items are not returnable and are designated on the specific product pages.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
FloorRegisters-N-Vents/InstallerStore strongly encourages choosing a shipping method for your return where a tracking number and insurance can be obtained. Accounts will be credited back after inspection has been made to the product to ensure product has not been damaged in any way and can be resold. Packages damaged while being shipped back to us will not be accepted as a return and customer will be contacted. FloorRegisters-N-Vents/InstallerStore is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. It is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company.
Any merchandise that is shipped back without a RMA number will have a minimum re-stocking fee of 25% of the product cost and shipping charges will not be refunded.
All returned products must be shipped directly to FloorRegisters-N-Vents/InstallerStore even if they were originally shipped from the manufacturer, unless otherwise told by FloorRegisters-N-Vents/InstallerStore. Shipping back to manufacturer may cause re-stocking fee to increase.
