Top Step Flush Mount Vents - Metal Flush Mount
Install these beautiful Metal Flush Mount Vents retroactively or during a new floor installation. Available in 8 different designs and 7 finishes you are sure to find something that will fit in perfectly with the rest of your homes aesthetic. Top Step Flush Mount Vents are 1/4" thick so should be installed with flooring that also measures 1/4" thick. With that said, you can alter the height of the vent to make it work with thicker material flooring by placing wood shims underneath to allow the vent to sit higher up.
Installation Options
Frameless:
When ordering the vent without a frame this means you will only receive the flat vent. This installation type is typically used when installing vents with wood flooring and usually requires you to router out the flooring to allow the vent to sit flush with the floor.
Wood Frame:
This installation option comes with a wood frame that you would install with the flooring and/or prior to sanding. This gives the vent a more finished look once installation is complete.
Flush Frame:
Typically used for installation with carpet and tile. The metal frame is to be installed before the carpet/tile is installed. It is possible to retrofit this with carpeting.
**This vent is ideally meant for use with 1/4" thick flooring. It is possible to use with thicker flooring however cannot be used with flooring thinner than 1/4".

Standard Shipping and Warehouse Rush options will ship out ground USPS, FedEx, UPS, or Spee-Dee Delivery.
Orders with products that ship directly from the manufacturer or have longer lead times are not eligible for Warehouse Rush. Exceptions will only have the Standard Shipping option available.
Should any unexpected shipping delays arise and the order cannot be shipped via Warehouse Rush, you will be contacted and refunded the difference between Standard Shipping and Warehouse Rush fees.

Transit times can vary depending on destination. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, with the exception of national holidays.

Payment must be made before items ship.
Please contact us immediately in the event an incorrect product has been sent or an order has been damaged in shipping. We will gladly remedy the situation at no extra cost to you.
Acquiring a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number:
Please call 866-258-1554 or email Sales@InstallerStore.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number if there is any reason you would like to return your order. All charges to ship merchandise back are the responsibility of the customer. There will be a 10% re-stock fee on all returned orders, unless a replacement order has been made. Customers are given 7 days from the delivery date to contact us for a RMA number. Returns must be received back to our warehouse within 90 days. Fees may change based on extended time passing.
Returns of open/used products are not accepted.
Special order items are not returnable and are designated on the specific product pages.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
FloorRegisters-N-Vents/InstallerStore strongly encourages choosing a shipping method for your return where a tracking number and insurance can be obtained. Accounts will be credited back after inspection has been made to the product to ensure product has not been damaged in any way and can be resold. Packages damaged while being shipped back to us will not be accepted as a return and customer will be contacted. FloorRegisters-N-Vents/InstallerStore is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. It is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company.
Any merchandise that is shipped back without a RMA number will have a minimum re-stocking fee of 25% of the product cost and shipping charges will not be refunded.
All returned products must be shipped directly to FloorRegisters-N-Vents/InstallerStore even if they were originally shipped from the manufacturer, unless otherwise told by FloorRegisters-N-Vents/InstallerStore. Shipping back to manufacturer may cause re-stocking fee to increase.
