Steel Vent Covers - Linear Wall Return Grille
Steel vent covers feature a bar linear pattern for a clean industrial look. Linear grilles are easily attached to walls with matching hardware that is included. Steel vent covers are 1/8 of an inch thick offering structural integrity. The linear grille pattern is suitable for both commercial and residential applications. These steel vent covers are available with 5 different finishes and offered in over 80 sizes. Linear grilles are crafted in America and have custom sized options available.

Dimensions of Linear Grille Return
- Steel vent covers measure an 1/8 inch thick
- Overall faceplate dimensions will vary depending upon the size, chart below
- Linear return will recess approximately .75 inches into the wall
- Custom size options available, call for a quote
Outside dimensions of the linear return air grille will vary depending on the size of grille ordered. The overall faceplate will measure as follows:

Tip: When ordering linear grilles always use the interior dimensions of the duct hole. For example a 12" wide x 10" tall hole will need a 12" wide x 10" wide grille. All sizes are width by height unless otherwise requested. The faceplate will then be larger based on the above table.
Wall Return Air Vents Custom Size Options Available For Sizes Not in the Drop Down Menu
Air return vents can be made to your custom hole sizes. If you require a size not listed, you can still place your order. Here is how:
- Measure your hole (example: 22.75" x 15.25")
- Order the closest size you can find, but slightly larger (example: 24" x 16")
- Then in the order notes make sure to type in the actual hole size and faceplate dimensions you need
Once we receive the order, we will calculate the actual cost and refund you the difference. (Cost is based on the square inch of the grill so the difference will be minimal.)
Important: All steel vent covers, both standard size and custom size, will take 5 to 8 weeks to be manufactured and shipped. There are rush shipments (2 to 4 weeks) and beveled edging available for an extra charge (please call for information). All decorative air vent covers are special order, non-returnable and cannot be canceled once payment is received.
If you're not sure about the best finish for your linear grille please feel free to contact us to request a color sample set. Metal color chips of the finishes can be sent to you for a small deposit and will be refunded once returned.

Available shipping options are shown in the table below. The Warehouse Rush option has been added due to customer demand.
Warehouse Rush means your order will take priority in the warehouse to ship out as soon as possible. Warehouse Rush fee varies according to product(s) ordered. Shipping fees will be calculated and shown once all items have been added to the cart and your shipping method has been selected.

Standard Shipping and Warehouse Rush options will ship out ground USPS, FedEx, UPS, or Spee-Dee Delivery.
Orders with products that ship directly from the manufacturer or have longer lead times are not eligible for Warehouse Rush. Exceptions will only have the Standard Shipping option available.
Should any unexpected shipping delays arise and the order cannot be shipped via Warehouse Rush, you will be contacted and refunded the difference between Standard Shipping and Warehouse Rush fees.

Transit times can vary depending on destination. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, with the exception of national holidays.

Please contact us immediately in the event an incorrect product has been sent or an order has been damaged in shipping. We will gladly remedy the situation at no extra cost to you.
Acquiring a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number:
Please call 866-258-1554 or email Sales@InstallerStore.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number if there is any reason you would like to return your order. All charges to ship merchandise back are the responsibility of the customer. There will be a 10% re-stock fee on all returned orders, unless a replacement order has been made. Customers are given 7 days from the delivery date to contact us for a RMA number. Returns must be received back to our warehouse within 90 days. Fees may change based on extended time passing.
Returns of open/used products are not accepted.
Special order items are not returnable and are designated on the specific product pages.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
FloorRegisters-N-Vents/InstallerStore strongly encourages choosing a shipping method for your return where a tracking number and insurance can be obtained. Accounts will be credited back after inspection has been made to the product to ensure product has not been damaged in any way and can be resold. Packages damaged while being shipped back to us will not be accepted as a return and customer will be contacted. FloorRegisters-N-Vents/InstallerStore is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. It is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company.
Any merchandise that is shipped back without a RMA number will have a minimum re-stocking fee of 25% of the product cost and shipping charges will not be refunded.
All returned products must be shipped directly to FloorRegisters-N-Vents/InstallerStore even if they were originally shipped from the manufacturer, unless otherwise told by FloorRegisters-N-Vents/InstallerStore. Shipping back to manufacturer may cause re-stocking fee to increase.
