Floor Return Air Grille - Decorative Vent
Floor return air grilles are made with a steel faceplate for durability. Decorative vents are a great option to give your home a unique style. Floor return air grilles are available in 14 different finish options. These powder coat finishes are stronger than painted finishes and will resist rust and chips. Decorative vents are offered in 17 distinctive designs; allowing for a customized look. Floor return air grilles are easily installed; simply drop into duct hole. Steel Crest decorative vents are made in the USA.

Decorative Vent Dimensions
- Depending on size outside dimensions will differ, see chart below
- Floor return air grilles will sit .75" down into hole (flat grille options available, call for information)
- Thickness of faceplate is determined by grille size, ranging from 1/8" - 1/4" thick, call for details
- Beveled edges are available for an extra fee

Faceplate dimensions will change based on the size of grille purchased. The outside measurements will be:

Tip: When measuring for your new decorative vent, you will want to measure the actual hole in the floor and order that size grille. For example, a 20" x 12" hole will need a 20" x 12" floor return air grille. All sizes are width by height unless otherwise requested. The outside measurements will then be larger based on the above table.
Custom Floor Return Air Grille Size Options - For Sizes Not in the Drop Down Menu
Decorative vents can be custom made to your specific hole sizes. You can still place your order online if you need a custom size. Here is how:
- Measure the hole opening (example: 19.5" x 13.25")
- Find and order the closest size, make sure it is a bit larger (example: 20" x 14")
- Then, during checkout, you must specify in the customer notes at check out the exact hole size and outside measurements required (If not specified it will be made to the size on order).
Once the order is received, the exact cost of your custom grille will be determined and we will refund you any difference. (Pricing is based on the per square inch cost of the grille size, so any cost difference will be nominal.)
Important: All floor return air grilles, both standard size and custom size, will take 5 to 8 weeks to be manufactured and shipped.

Warehouse Rush means your order will take priority in the warehouse to ship out as soon as possible. Warehouse Rush fee varies according to product(s) ordered. Shipping fees will be calculated and shown once all items have been added to the cart and your shipping method has been selected.

Standard Shipping and Warehouse Rush options will ship out ground USPS, FedEx, UPS, or Spee-Dee Delivery.
Orders with products that ship directly from the manufacturer or have longer lead times are not eligible for Warehouse Rush. Exceptions will only have the Standard Shipping option available.
Should any unexpected shipping delays arise and the order cannot be shipped via Warehouse Rush, you will be contacted and refunded the difference between Standard Shipping and Warehouse Rush fees.

Transit times can vary depending on destination. Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, with the exception of national holidays.

Please contact us immediately in the event an incorrect product has been sent or an order has been damaged in shipping. We will gladly remedy the situation at no extra cost to you.
Acquiring a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number:
Please call 866-258-1554 or email Sales@InstallerStore.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number if there is any reason you would like to return your order. All charges to ship merchandise back are the responsibility of the customer. There will be a 10% re-stock fee on all returned orders, unless a replacement order has been made. Customers are given 7 days from the delivery date to contact us for a RMA number. Returns must be received back to our warehouse within 90 days. Fees may change based on extended time passing.
Returns of open/used products are not accepted.
Special order items are not returnable and are designated on the specific product pages.
Shipping charges are not refundable.
FloorRegisters-N-Vents/InstallerStore strongly encourages choosing a shipping method for your return where a tracking number and insurance can be obtained. Accounts will be credited back after inspection has been made to the product to ensure product has not been damaged in any way and can be resold. Packages damaged while being shipped back to us will not be accepted as a return and customer will be contacted. FloorRegisters-N-Vents/InstallerStore is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. It is the customer's responsibility to file a claim with the shipping company.
Any merchandise that is shipped back without a RMA number will have a minimum re-stocking fee of 25% of the product cost and shipping charges will not be refunded.
All returned products must be shipped directly to FloorRegisters-N-Vents/InstallerStore even if they were originally shipped from the manufacturer, unless otherwise told by FloorRegisters-N-Vents/InstallerStore. Shipping back to manufacturer may cause re-stocking fee to increase.
